Language Support

The highly successful language support programme at the school is run and updated by Mrs.Lynda Cowley. The children who take part in the programme are those needing a boost to their English skills. The programme uses interactive computer software such as; “Success Maker,”"Word Shark,”"Tomorrow’s Promise,” and “Starspell.” Internet activities are also used with the staff keeping up to date with suitable new downloads. Boardgames, games involving physical activities and group reading sessions are included in what we hope is a stimulating way to help the children make up lost ground.
