GLOBAL LEARNING
Mrs Geary has been leading the cluster working party on Global Learning. Lots of the work Un Llais do around Rights Respecting Schools, Global Citizenship and community work links to global citizenship. This week we have been celebrating the 'International Day of Happiness', where pupils have focused on their happiness, how their attitudes and actions impact on others and why happiness is important.
As part of the cluster working party the staff have decided to delve more deeply into analysing our pupils happiness and have put together a short questionnaire. Un Llais and Mrs Geary would be very grateful if every child in the school could take 5 minutes over their Easter holidays to do the questionnaire.(see link below)
Once the results have been collated, the staff on the working party will be able to analyse them and put together a plan to promote and improve our pupils happiness, therefore having a big effect on how we can impact others happiness, taking on the global citizenship links.
